1913 Overland Model 69R United Kingdom No Price

CATEGORY: Overland

This has had some recent work.

“Anyway, enough of the history lesson and on to this very impressive motor car which came to the UK from Phoenix, Arizona in 1990. It is powered by a 25.6 hp four cylinder multibloc engine which originally had a capacity of 4.8 litres but has since been increased to 5.23 litres by virtue of a set of oversize aluminium pistons. I am also informed that the car has had new timing gears, a new oil pump gear and a rebuilt engine bottom-end. In addition it was repainted in October 2004, a new hood was fitted in 2010 and it had a new radiator in 2015 plus it comes with two new half-shafts and a reprint of a full manual.

I think it is fair to say that it is very smart indeed with sound attractive coachwork and a high quality paint finish. It is very clean underneath as you can see and the upholstery is smart with seats which are spacious and comfortable. I have included a picture of the car with its owner it to give you an idea of its size which is imposing without being too big. Continue reading “1913 Overland Model 69R United Kingdom No Price”

1915 Overland Model 83B Netherlands No Price

CATEGORY: Overland

Nice looking car.

“This is a beautiful 1915 Overland Model 83B Touring Car that was professionally restored back in the early 70’s by Wilkinson & Sharp Fine Restorations in Pennsylvania. It was an expensive high quality restoration and still looks beautiful today. The car has it’s AACA Old Dominion Senior Award badge on the dash that it probably won soon after it’s restoration. As part of a private collection for many years the car was run on occasion but spent much of it’s time in storage. Since August 2013 the car is in the Netherlands where it was in very good hands. The interior of the car is in beautiful condition and the back of the front seat has a blanket rail and it’s original polished aluminum foot rest on the floor. The front dash is stunning and the steering wheel and column look like new. The glass is in beautiful shape as is the trim.

1941 Willys Fiberglass Body Eagan, MN $4900

CATEGORY: Hotrod-Gasser, Parts

Also includes a front axle.

“New body with all the parts. Has full floor, dash, doors, etc. etc. Thick construction, not some thin “race weight” version. The tail pan area is very nice with details similar to an original car. Some glass bodies blend all the body lines in the rear, resulting in a very fake look. This car is not like that. I’m not sure who the manufacturer is. This sale also includes a stock Willys front axle.”
